Compton Verney

Working alongside JM Construction we covered this new warm deck roof using Resitrix — a premium flat roofing material with glass fibre reinforcement for a tough, lasting and aesthetically pleasing finish.

Completed re-roof in Sandtoft 2020 tiles on a period house in Uttoxeter, Staffordshire
The finished house — every elevation re-covered in Sandtoft 2020 tiles.

This roof was way past its sell-by date and had water ingress just about anywhere you could think.

Old tiles were disposed of, insulation topped up to meet building regulations, and new Sandtoft 2020 tiles were installed to account for the low pitch on some elevations. Traditional finishes to an extremely high specification.
